Payment opens on Stripe's page; your card details never reach our servers. Where VAT applies it is shown there before any commitment. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your account page — it then runs to the end of the period already paid.

The subscription also quiets the site itself: once you are signed in, no advertising is shown to you anywhere on quietmeta.app while the subscription is active — the site recognises you by your sign-in, browser by browser. And it lowers the price of the desktop app: 9.00 EUR instead of 19.00 EUR with a yearly plan, 14.00 EUR with a monthly plan. Sign in before buying and the purchase page applies the reduction by itself, saying it comes from your subscription.
The word quota is a real ceiling, and we would rather print the number than promise you the infinite: rewriting costs us money on every call, and a cap of 100,000 words a month is far beyond any honest use while keeping the promise one we can keep. Your account page shows how many words are left and the date the counter resets.
How the account works
There is nothing to sign up for beforehand. You pay, Stripe confirms the payment to us, and the account is created from that confirmation with the email address you gave at checkout. A sign-in link lands in your inbox; after that, the text page simply stops at 100,000 words a month instead of 100 words once. No password ever exists. If you close the payment page instead, nothing about you was stored at any point — the privacy policy describes the account, and its section 9 lists every field it contains.
What this is not
The desktop application is a separate one-off purchase — 19.00 EUR, or less with an active subscription as described above — with 50,000 words of rewriting included, and it never requires a subscription or an account. If you want whole folders, offline cleaning and confidential files that never touch a network, that is the product to look at.
And the rewriting itself promises an operation, not a verdict: your words are chosen again by the model named in our privacy policy. We make no claim about what any detector or platform will conclude from the result, because no third party can measure those marks — including us.
